North Fair Oaks Community Festival

Hi Friends,

What a fun time Sustainable Redwood City had Sunday, August 24 at the North Fair Oaks Community Festival hosted by the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office.

We had the chance to hang out in unincorporated Redwood City, with 40,000 residents, including families and communities together to enjoy good food, fun entertainment, and to support our great City.

Thank You All For Your Support and Participation

Redwood City resident registersSustainable Redwood City had a booth – (many of you visited – thank you!) where we passed out sustainable shopping bags, information about us and what we believe in, and tips on how you can join us in transitioning to a more sustainable lifestyle. We had Spanish speaking helpers on hand, and had a voter registration drive – we even registered 12 people to vote!!
